We stand behind the quality of every Explode Basketball product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Limited Warranty

Our basketball rims and nets are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Improper installation
Misuse or abuse
Damage caused by weather, accidents, or modifications

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team at explodehoops@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Products must be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect product was received.
