Ground Sleeve Installation Instruction:

STEP 1: Dig a hole appx 12" deep x 12" wide. Fill the first part of the hole with pea gravel. Once the hole is finished and the pea gravel has been placed, place the ground sleeve (8) vertically in the hole.

IMPORTANT: Orient the ground sleeve so that the locking pin holes are parallel with the direction of the backboard.

 

Once positioned correctly, fill around the sleeve with dry concrete powder for the rest of the hole. Next, add water to the dry mix. BE SURE TO NOT COVER THE GROUND SLEEVE HOLE WITH CONCRETE. Stop the concrete mixture be

NOTE: If you are unsure of the ground sleeve orientation, temporarily install the hoop in the sleeve before pouring concrete to verify the sleeve is positioned correctly! 

You will need apx 2 bags of 50 lbs concrete to fill around your ground sleeve.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer Express Ground shipping for $9.99 per basketball hoop purchased and free shipping on all accessories. We do our very best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders in 1-2 business days, and shipping takes 2-7 days depending on your location. Most orders are received within a week. All products ship from Utah.

 

How much concrete do I need and How big of Hole do I need to dig?

We recommend digging an 12" x 12" hole and you will need approximately 2 bags of 50 lbs concrete. This could be more or less depending on the exact size hole you dig. 

 

What height are the poles above ground after assembly and installation?

The basketball hoops are adjustable. After installation, at the highest setting, the above ground height is 108 inches to the top of the backboard.  At the lowest setting, the top of the backboard is 90 inches.

 

Do you offer installation for the basketball hoops?

We don't offer installation. However, any landscaping company will be happy to install this.
