ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Use of this trampoline and basketball hoop involves inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to: falls, collisions, entrapment, equipment failure, and improper landings that may result in serious injury or death. By using this product, the user (and/or supervising adult) voluntarily assumes all risks, both known and unknown, associated with its use.

SAFETY WARNINGS

• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• One person at a time on the trampoline. Multiple users significantly increase the risk of injury.
• Do not attempt flips, somersaults, or acrobatic maneuvers. These moves can result in permanent spinal, head, or neck injuries.
• Do not hang from, swing on, or dunk on the basketball hoop, rim, or net.
• Use only on a flat, level surface with all components properly secured.
• Do not use in wet, windy, icy, or poor visibility conditions.
• Always use with safety enclosures and protective padding installed.
• Inspect equipment regularly. Do not use if any parts are damaged, worn, or missing.

USER LIMITATIONS

• For users aged 13+ and up.
• Maximum individual weight: 150 lbs.

By assembling, using, or permitting use of this product, the user and/or supervising adult agrees as follows:

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, Explode Products, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, distributors, and retailers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death) resulting from the use or misuse of this product, regardless of cause, including negligence.

The user and/or supervising adult expressly assumes all risks and agrees to waive and release any and all claims against Explode Products, LLC, including but not limited to claims based on negligence, product liability, failure to warn, or breach of warranty, except where such release is prohibited by law.
